Electronics & Communication Engineering · NIT Calicut

Krishna Kumar Jha

I build full-stack software and engineer electronics — from React and TypeScript on the front end to Node.js services and circuits underneath. I care about software that is dependable, fast, and straightforward to use.

01 · About

I'm Krishna Kumar Jha, an Electronics & Communication Engineering undergraduate at NIT Calicut (Class of 2029).

I work across the stack — React, TypeScript, Node.js, and REST APIs on the software side; circuit analysis, semiconductor devices, and signals on the engineering side. I value code that is reliable, readable, and shipped on time.

I contribute to open source and campus communities (Wiki NITC, ECSOC, GSSOC) and am currently exploring robotics and space systems research through an internship at BSERC.

Open to internships, research projects, and collaboration. My full record is on the achievements page, and I'm reachable via email.

Research Intern at BSERC

Nov 2025 – Jan 2026

  • Explored multiple high-impact domains including drones, aircraft design, robotics, rocketry, and space systems.
  • Designed and simulated a 3-DOF robotic manipulator arm with MATLAB & Simulink, focusing on kinematic modeling, motion planning, and system visualization.
  • Developed control logic and ran simulation-based tests to validate robotic motion and task execution.
  • Worked in a structured research environment emphasizing innovation and grassroots technology development.

Wiki Admin at Wiki NITC

May 2026 – Present

  • Made MCP installation easier for the campus wiki by integrating it into a fork of opencode — npx @bip-krishna/opencode-wiki.
  • Organized unstructured campus data by designing reusable content templates.
  • Maintaining the upstream fork at github.com/bip-krishna/opencode.

Contributor & Ambassador at ECSOC

June 2026 – Present

  • Contributed to open-source projects by resolving issues, implementing features, and submitting pull requests with Git and GitHub.
  • Collaborated with maintainers through code reviews, version control, and issue tracking.
  • Representing and promoting the ECSOC community as an ambassador at NIT Calicut.
